Making new Protocol specialists knowledgeable, confident, autonomous and detailed oriented with regards to service specific military Protocol policies, guidelines, regulations and execution procedures.
Molding established subject matter experts into great key leadership engagement orchestrators and highly capable team leaders.
Ultimately making great Protocol officers into outstanding supervisors and exceptional subject matter experts that can perform as Chief and Directors of Protocol at the highest Department of War Executive Levels!
We do it by providing instruction by the only master military Protocol officer with over 30 years of experience that has served as Chief or Director of Protocol at the highest levels of all 5 military services (3 and 4 Star Commands), presenting a scenario based foundational training for Protocol Specialists with 0 to 5 years of military Protocol experience or for subject matter skilled individuals with 5 or more years of experience wanting to maximize their careers (GS-11 thru GS-15), increase their overall career field knowledge base, and develop key leadership engagement coordination and execution skills for the senior Commander (Field grade to General Officer) and civilian executive equivalent levels.
